Vector Assess

See where you actually stand before you commit.

Vector Assess asks 24 questions across 8 dimensions of readiness and returns a score with the arithmetic attached. Where you are not ready, it says so and names the next step.

  • About ten minutes. Answer what you know and leave the rest.
  • No account, no email address, no sales call.
  • Every number is explained, so you can check it or argue with it.

Your answers live on a private link. Create an account later only if you want to keep the result.

How the score is built
  1. 1. Each answer carries points set in a published rulebook.
  2. 2. A dimension scores the mean of the questions you answered.
  3. 3. The overall score weights the dimensions by how much they gate a build.
  4. 4. Ready is 70 and above, progressing is 40 to 69, not yet is below 40.

The same answers always produce the same result. No model, no judgement, nothing hidden — rulebook v1.

What it covers

Eight dimensions, three questions each.

These are the dimensions that decide whether a centre opens on time and holds together afterwards.

Executive sponsorship

Whether one accountable leader, a funded mandate and a settled decision stand behind the centre.

Scope clarity

Whether the work moving to the centre, its size and the outcomes it will be judged on are defined.

Operating model

Whether the model, the interfaces to the teams it serves and the route to move work are settled.

Talent model

Whether the roles, the local market view and the leadership of the centre are in place.

Entity and compliance readiness

Whether the legal structure, the tax position and the registrations the centre needs are settled with qualified advice.

Workplace and site readiness

Whether the city, the space and the site timeline hold together against the hiring plan.

Technology and security readiness

Whether access, security obligations and day-one provisioning have been designed rather than assumed.

Governance and readiness to operate

Whether the centre has a forum, a set of measures and a route for risks once it is running.

What it is not

It is not a comparison against other companies. Vector makes no claim about what anyone else scored.

It is not legal, tax or regulatory advice. Where a question needs a qualified adviser, the result says so.

It is not a lead form. Nothing you answer reaches a provider unless you later ask for an introduction. How we stay neutral.
