GCC Pulse
Sourced intelligence for your city, sector and stage. Every item links to its publisher and carries its date.
GCC Vector is the gateway, decision-support and orchestration platform for companies exploring, establishing, scaling and operating Global Capability Centres in India. It exists because the decisions are hard, the market is fragmented across a dozen specialist trades, and almost every source of advice is also trying to sell you something.
Establishing a centre means sequencing entity and tax, real estate and fit-out, hiring and payroll, technology and security, compliance and governance — each a separate specialist market with its own vocabulary and its own timeline. Get the order wrong and the cost is months, not meetings. Most of what is written about it is written by someone with a stake in the answer.

Guides with their provenance attached. Orientation, never advice.
A deterministic readiness score against a published rulebook, with the reasoning for every point.
Grounded answers with citations, and a caveat instead of a conclusion on legal, tax and immigration questions.
A dependency-aware plan with a critical path, not a checklist.
Capability centres in India, built from public sources, each fact dated and correctable.
Providers whose evidence an administrator has read. Ranking is explained on every card.
Structured requirements matched to verified supply, with consent before identity.
Operating benchmarks — a methodology and an empty shell until permissioned data exists.
Regulatory and market facts carry a source and a date. A fact that has gone stale is labelled stale. Where the evidence is thin, the product says so instead of rounding up to confidence.
Scoring, roadmap sequencing, provider ranking, consent and marketplace state are ordinary code with published rules and tests. The AI reads and explains; it does not decide. The same inputs always produce the same result, and you can inspect why.
A provider sees your requirement before it sees you. Inviting a provider is free and anonymous; your organisation is named to it only when you connect with it and your requirement is set to name you, for that provider and that piece of work. Every disclosure is a record with a purpose and a time, and withdrawing is one click.
GCC Vector is built and operated by ACV Solutions, founded by Chinar Deshpande and Anupama Bhat. ACV works in this market, which means the platform recommends providers in a market its parent operates in. We treat that as a conflict to be disclosed and constrained rather than a detail to be buried.
Each of these is a decision, not an omission. Several of them are the reason the rest can be trusted.
Buyers pay for the Journey subscription, private connections with vendors and programme set-up; the prices are on the pricing page. A buyer and a vendor pay each other directly, and GCC Vector keeps the record of the deal — quotes, purchase orders, invoices, reported payments and receipts — without touching the money. Professionals can keep a free profile that can be searched only by signed-in members of a buyer organisation (any account can register one) and our administrators, for moderation; there are no job listings, applications or messages to professionals. Sponsorship is explained on paid placement and sponsorship.
Paid services and sponsorship went live on 21 Oct 2026 (ADR-007, ADR-008, ADR-009). These boundaries were on this page before that date; each is quoted exactly.
Before: “No purchasable ranking.”
Now: No purchasable organic ranking. A provider can pay for a labelled place in a Sponsored lane above the organic results, or a labelled sponsor panel; the organic order is the same with or without it.
Before: “No payments or escrow.”
Now: No escrow. GCC Vector charges buyers for its own services; it never holds money paid to vendors.
A fact you can disprove, a rank that makes no sense, a listing that should not be there, a summary that misreads its source: write to support@gccvector.in, or submit a correction directly on the profile. Corrections are reviewed by a person, and nothing changes on a public page until one accepts it.
How we handle your own data is on the privacy page. Providers who want to be listed start at apply to join the network.
